It's no secret that I'm in a teensy bit of debt. Its nothing major, and there's no federal hound dogs on my ass trying to collect anything from me, but it is alarming that at a mere 21 years of age I have accumulated debt at all. Our parents "worked their way through college" and the debt, if any, came way later, as a result of owning a house, or having kids, or paying back mininmal college funds. Nope, that shit does not happen in 2011. Granted, I may have splurged here and there, and bought some useless stuff I didn't necessarily need ( although my laptop and my x box were totally fucking worth it).
My point is that this day and age in which we all live is a fucked up place, but we all love it too much to say fuck it and bounce, much like watching shitty day time tv or Charlie fucking Sheen (I hope you burn you motherfucker). Anyways, MY GOAL is to be out of debt by the last day in June. It's totally do-able, and Im not really worried about not making it, so much as Im worried about some sort of mishap that will inevitably arise before that date comes preventing me from accomplishing what I have to.
SO, if anyone has a rich ancestor and wants to pitch me some money, FEEL FREE, but otherwise, June here I come and Citi-Cards and Discover, im about to make you my bitch.
